Marketosia empowers you to sell your own digital products on our platform, fostering creativity and entrepreneurship. To ensure a legal and ethical marketplace, we outline our Seller Policies. By registering as a seller on Marketosia, you agree to be bound by these terms and policies below ("Sellers Policy"). Please read carefully before listing any items for sale.
These policies emphasize compliance with copyright laws and respect for intellectual property. You are solely responsible for ensuring you own the rights to sell any digital products listed on Marketosia.com, including having obtained resell rights if applicable.
By adhering to these policies, you contribute to building a trusted and thriving marketplace for both sellers and buyers on Marketosia!
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You must not be a resident of, or located in, any country or territory subject to any sanctions.
Marketosia reserves the right to disapprove any seller's request or application.
Product Listings
You are solely responsible for all content in your product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. You may only sell digital products that you own the rights to sell or for which you have obtained valid resell rights. Prohibited products include, but are not limited to:
- Items that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Items that are illegal, harmful, or offensive.
- Items that violate the privacy of others.
- Items that do not function as described.
Marketosia reserves the right to remove any product listing that violates these terms at any time.
Pricing and Payments
You are responsible for setting the price of your products.
Marketosia charges a commission fee for each sale made through our platform. The current commission rate is displayed on the Seller Dashboard.
You are responsible for any taxes associated with the sale of your products.
Payments are deposited into your seller account after deducting the commission fee. You can withdraw your funds after 14 days from the delivery.
Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to your digital products.
By listing your products on Marketosia, you grant Marketosia a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your product listings and associated content on the Marketosia platform.
User Conduct
You are responsible for all activity associated with your seller account.
You must treat other users of the Marketosia platform with respect.
You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that is fraudulent, misleading, or harmful to Marketosia or its users.
Termination
Marketosia reserves the right to terminate your seller account at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination, you will no longer be able to sell products on Marketosia, and your remaining account balance will be paid out - if no dispute arrises - according to the specified process.
Disclaimer
Marketosia provides a venue for sellers to list and sell digital products. We do not endorse or guarantee any product listed on the platform.
You are solely responsible for the quality and performance of your products.
Governing Law
These terms and policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Changes to Terms
Marketosia reserves the right to change these terms and policies at any time. Changes will be posted on the Marketosia platform and will become effective immediately.
